Kellie Ochsner here. I had a terrible experience here, complete lack of coordination of care. Had I not stepped in with my minuscule medical knowledge, I would’ve been misdiagnosed with Lupus, had a major and desperately needed spine surgery canceled, and had my life left in shambles. MULTIPLE portal message were sent telling them how important this skin condition diagnosis was, blood work did not arrive (that was due to lab’s fault) but zero follow-up on that to see where it was. Finally when it was decided I had a rather unremarkable skin condition (that looked very scary), I asked for a surgery clearance note to be put in my portal so I could go ahead with spine surgery. Waited one week, nothing. I had to message them again. They told me they sent it (they did not). I don’t understand this kind of medical care. I’m suffering horribly with pain and a major surgery ahead of me and this. I have seen MANY, MANY medical professionals in the Wichita area with my husband and myself. I can tell you, go to KU Med in KC and do as much as you can up there. Yes, it will require more driving, but it will most likely save your sanity and possibly your life. The specialists here (across all medical specialties) are horribly unorganized and it shows in their care. I hate to post a review like this, but I’m not shutting up and putting up with this kind of care anymore!

Everything was done with a professional attitude and efficiency that made me feel secure having my surgery there. Dr. Brough explains things well and thoroughly. Everyone made me feel comfortable.

I love my provider. She always explains everything she is doing and prescribing and why. Her medial assistant is also very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has anything wrong with their skin.

I was in and out quickly! The doctor listened to what I had to say about my situation! She asked questions! Everyone I encountered was super friendly and nice!

I visited Colleen Young on this Tuesday for the dark spots on my face. Her nurse told me that she will fax the prescription to the pharmacy in Arizona for me, but I haven’t received any phone calls from the pharmacy, so I called and left several messages but haven’t received any call back from her. I had to call the front desk this afternoon to ask her about it. She told me that no matter what I left 50 messages or more the nurse won’t call me back since she is very busy with the patients. Well, you are busy to collect the patients’ money without caring about your patients’ concern??? You live on your patients but how come you treat your patients so rude??? (I mention to the front desk who was rude to me) I understand that you are busy but you need to check the voicemail and respond to your patients right? She was so mean to me, so I had to hang up on her. She said I raised my voice and interrupted her but the way she treated me like unprofessional and she was unhappy to help me at all. Colleen Young is nice and I like her but the way the front desk treats your patients is unacceptable. If I don’t need you, I won’t bother you ok. This is my first time and also my last time to see your facility since I paid for no treatment that is not fair to me.
