Update: 2/17/2026 They called again today and I missed the call. I tried to return it and waited on hold for 20 minutes before finally hanging up. I have been making payments on the account even though I had insurance, and they refused to bill the insurance company or properly figure out the billing. Be careful when using this company. They will not handle your care with priority or proper billing, and they will send robo-calls to harass you about payments you are having to make because they can’t bill correctly. Again, please be careful with this company. ******** I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I have called five times today and have still not been able to speak with a real person — only automated systems. Every attempt to get help has resulted in long hold times, transfers, or being sent in circles with no resolution. As a customer simply trying to handle a basic issue, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. Communication should not be this difficult. When a company makes it nearly impossible to reach a human being, it shows a serious lack of respect for the people they serve. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. Reliable customer support matters, and my experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unresolved.

I wouldn't recommend going to any of the clinics they have here in Wichita, I've been to two of them. The first one they missed diagnosed my skin cancer on my nose as a gland/skin tag and burned it off, Without numbing it btw. Wrong... it came back bigger and again ignored it. Also on my first visit they "removed" Skin tags they froze them, the PA or NP didn't know what she was doing, they didn't fall off. Then didn't realize i was going to a different one of their clinics for a full body check after my specialty clinic dr removed my skin cancer, and said whoever missed diagnosed it was an idiot, they teach you how to tell what skin cancer is in the first week of medical school. I told them this at my appointment low and behold it was the same PA or NP, They came in the room and literally looked at me for 30 seconds, refused to do the full body check and then had the audacity to send me a bill for $17 bucks they claimed insurance wouldn't cover, but if they would have filled it correctly, wouldn't of owed anything. But they aren't worth ruining my credit for. But would give 0 stars if I could. Please whatever you do, find a clinic where they actually care about you as a patient.

My experience at this practice (the Hillside location) started fine. The front desk staff was pleasant, nurses/techs as well, and the PA I saw seemed very thorough in my skin evaluation. She was a little dismissive of a skin concern I had on my face but because that wasn’t the main purpose of my appointment I let it go. I came back a few weeks later to have 3 moles removed. At this point in my life I had had probably a dozen moles removed so I wasn’t unfamiliar with the process in general. The PA and nurse were friendly during the procedure and the PA said she opted to shave them off because it was “easier and would heal great.” The first part may be true but the latter couldn’t have been more false. The nurse told me “this way is great, you won’t even need to change a dressing.” I was in excruciating pain every time I moved, had to change the dressings daily for weeks (I’m not sure why the nurse even said I wouldn’t need to given the paperwork she handed me said otherwise), and dealt with skin irritation from the band aid adhesive. When I called to talk to the PA she was incredibly defensive and dismissive of my concerns. She told me she couldn’t have removed the moles any other way. I have a tiny scar not even 2 inches from the one she removed that was cut out, sutured, and healed great, so I know this isn’t objectively true. She told me I could come in or send photos and I agreed to send photos first but told her THREE times that I needed to be resent the portal sign up link to do so. It was never sent to me and I never heard from the office again. It has been nine months and I have horrendous scars that still cause me pain. I would avoid this office at all costs.

Amazing Clinic! Finally found honest, trustworthy and AWESOME Doctors and staff here! Anne Householder,MD is fabulous! Highly recommended after a nightmare experience elsewhere!

Bre is extremely detailed oriented and had made certain that everything was taken care of with both the insurance and lab work. She's really on top of things!
