Beau Monde West Spa

Today was our first time visiting and it was amazing! Our package included the infrared sauna, an hour couple's massage (Destiny was an absolute rockstar!), pedicures (shout out to Jill for taking her time and really getting my nails in shape and to Britt for giving my husband the perfect St. Patty's nails 😆), & the salt room. Every room we entered was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bathrobes & spa sandals were very comfortable. We enjoyed cucumber & lemon infused water, along with a trail mix snack. Everyone was extremely kind and so pleasant. Thank you everyone, for making our day a very relaxing day.

went here for my birthday as a treat to myself and wow. got the swedish massage and a facial and honestly both were great. the woman doing the facial actually looked at my skin first before just putting stuff on which i appreciated. place smells amazing and is really calming inside. only annoying thing is parking can be kind of a pain but honestly worth it. already booked another appointment lol

Absolute BEST spa experience of my life. I had stepped in mud prior to coming in and was embarrassed about the state of my shoes but everyone was so kind and gracious to me. The shoe exchange was much needed today. They had a salt room which did not get to enjoy but I think this is a wonderful wellness addition to their services. I had the stress massage and a pedicure and both services were wonderful. The facilities are so clean and the aroma is so relaxing. I loved the lounge where you wait between services. They had a locker room with complimentary robes. This is the spa experience I have been searching the world over for. 10/10 recommend. I am from Tennessee and hope to return for services one day.

My time in the relaxation room before the massage was amazing. What a beautiful setting looking out over the water. My masseuse did an excellent job. Asked me two or three times if everything was OK. Very relaxing massage. I did ask her if she could turn the volume down on the music which was louder than I would have liked it to be, But masseuse said she had no control over that. Overall, very relaxing positive experience.

Rachel was exceptional - she was very kind, informative, and thorough for my massage. I felt like she explained everything well before we started, and gave me various options for the last few minutes of my massage (I.e cupping, hot stones, etc). Definitely my best massage experience (I’ve had a few before) - it was truly delightful, and I would love to book with her again!!
