Mindy is awesome! I go to see her regularly and she always works out my muscle knots. My neck, shoulder, and upper back always feel tense and tight from working on the computer. I feel super good after my appointment. My traps and shoulders were super tight after an intense workout, a couple days prior to my last visit. She was able to work on them and relieve the tightness. I'm so glad I found her 6 months ago. I've been a regular since.

Mindy is very intentional about the experience that you receive with her. If you just want a relaxing massage, then you'll get a nice relaxing massage in a wonderful environment. But if you're like me and you need her to work some knots out, then she'll dig deep and work those knots out!

I booked with Mindy after a friend recommended her. I'd been having a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. Had a previous massage with no relief and was hoping she could help. Upon arrival Mindy was very kind and I explained my problem areas. She got to work right away and man, I had so many knots I didn't even know I had. I scheduled a deep tissue massage and she worked my upper body for the full time. She has a great technique and did a few things I've not had done before. Which ended with great results. She even pressed on pressure points on my head and worked spots in my neck, I've never had worked. I felt so much release after and immediately had relief from the pain I was experiencing prior to visiting. Even though she said 6 weeks would be okay, I plan on booking another appt in 2 weeks to finish working on my back. She did an amazing job. But I know I need a lot more repair work to get my muscles to normal.
