I want to start by saying that from the moment I discovered Dr. Biskup, I was truly amazed by her work. After losing nearly 100 pounds, I was so excited to finally take the next step toward my dream surgery, and I couldn’t wait to schedule a consultation with her. Scheduling my consultation was easy, and meeting Dr. Biskup and her staff was a great experience. Dr. Biskup was kind, patient, and very thorough in explaining everything. She genuinely seemed excited about my case and performing my surgery, which made me feel confident and hopeful. Her staff was also very kind and accommodating during my visit. Unfortunately, the issue I’ve run into since my consultation has been poor communication. I’m not sure if this is a system issue or something specific to my case, but since my consultation nearly three weeks ago, I’ve tried calling numerous times, leaving voicemails, sending emails, and reaching out in multiple ways, and I have not received a single callback to schedule my surgery. The one other time I was able to get through, I was told someone would follow up with me to schedule, but that never happened. I truly have nothing negative to say about Dr. Biskup or her work—only about the lack of communication. As someone who has never had plastic surgery before, this has been disappointing and discouraging. At this point, it feels like I may not be getting surgery at all, which is heartbreaking because after meeting Dr. Biskup and seeing her results, she is the only surgeon I felt comfortable moving forward with. I don’t feel confident going elsewhere, and I’m unsure what to do from here. I really hope this feedback helps improve communication, because the care, talent, and professionalism I experienced in person were wonderful

I cannot say enough about the care I received from Dr. Biskup and her team. I was treated with kindness and compassion. I am so happy with the result of my procedure. Dr. Biskup is an incredibly skilled surgeon. I am so grateful to have been referred to her. Thank you, Dr. Biskup!

I can’t believe it’s finally done! 💕 I had my rhinoplasty August 25, 2025 with Dr. Natalia Biskup. I already feel so incredibly grateful about this whole experience. Dr. Biskup took the time to explain how a few subtle changes could really bring balance to my whole face. Her eye for detail and artistry made me feel completely confident that I was in the best hands. I’m so excited to see the results a year from now. Once the swelling goes down, but even now, I already feel a new sense of confidence and peace knowing I finally did this for me. I can’t thank Dr. Biskup enough for her skill, kindness, and care. I highly recommend Dr. Nataliya Biskup for plastic/cosmetic surgery. After my skin cancer she surgically repaired my incision. I was amazed on how well the surgery went. I was so pleased I went back to Dr. Biskup for a rhinoplasty touch up and couldn’t be happier. She is an excellent surgeon and lovely person. She is the best.

Amazing surgeon! I had a mommy makeover (Tummy tuck with muscle repair; and breast lift). She is truly an artist with a heart and passion for transformations with skilled hands and technique to match! I’m so impressed with my results, after losing 100 pounds I needed her expertise and she came through perfectly! Her nurses are also amazing and very responsive and patient! I’m so blessed to have found her and so close to home!
