Smile By Design of Virginia Beach

First time at Smile by Design in Virginia Beach today. I had Sydney for cleaning and Dr. Santos! I’m not one to take the time to leave reviews, but their professionalism and kindness went above and beyond. You can tell they truly care and love what they do. 5 stars all around. Very thankful to have found you all. Will be back and already recommending others to visit! My teeth are sparkling ✨✨

Dr Santos and Ivy were great as always. I had a conversation with Chris at the front desk about an outstanding balance that was the opposite experience. She was unprofessional and refused to allow me to speak to the office manager. I asked her to have Dr. Santos call me to discuss and still not heard anything. I get the feeling that she did not pass on that request. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Santos for 29 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would like to know the status of the requested call from Dr. Santos.

I was a little anxious, but I was instantly greeted with a smile asked how they could help me. It was just easy young lady just took me to the consultation room Was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions explained everything that I needed to know when the doctor came in and went over it again all questions were answered. I get extremely anxious with anything to do with dentistry and they actually put me at these and I did appreciate it

I appreciate the staff and atmosphere they provide here at Smile By Design. When I walk in the doors I know I'm in trusting, safe hands! The have done ALL my dental work throughout my 20s and 30s (cleanings, fillings, crowns) and guided me with my braces journey. I recently had Sydney for my cleaning and I made sure to book with her again! She's just as amazing as the doctors! Dr. Squires and Dr. Santos are excellent!! Much appreciated!

Cannot give a high enough recommendation for Dr. Squire and the team at Smile By Design. I've had dental issues my entire life and finally had to pull the trigger on an implant procedure. My former dentist quoted me for the procedure but I just didn't have a good feeling about things. At my sister in law's recommendation I visited Smile By Design for a second opinion and met Dr. Squire who is by far the best dentist I have ever encountered. She took time to answer all my questions and did not rush though the process or minimize any of my concerns or anxiety over things. Following my surgery, she personally spoke with me on the phone to answer some questions and alleviate a concern I had. She is personable, understanding of your fears and concerns, and takes the time to explain all aspects of various treatment options, pros vs cons, etc. I am still in the healing phase and have a temporary implant prosthesis, but for the first time in my life I can smile in a photo without being concerned that my teeth are showing. That in itself is life changing. If you have dental issues, bad dental anxiety, or are just looking for a friendly, knowledgeable provider, I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Squire.
