I was very impressed with all the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Everyone that was involved in my care explained what needed to be done , and why. The doctor listen to me and all of my concerns , and I never felt rushed or that he was not taking time with me. The doctor went over my x rays and made sure I understood everything. I feel like I was given a very thorough examination.I was kept informed of what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out-of-pocket if needed. I was very happy with my overall experience.And should the need arise again, i will be going back.

Amazing experience! I had a consultation for severe nerve pain. This appointment was later in the day and my procedure was going to be scheduled a few weeks out. The office manager noticed the pain I was in and spoke with the team. Dr Malki and his team decided to stay late and take care of me that same day. This was two days before thanksgiving. I am now at home getting ready to spend time with family and friends instead of dealing with nerve pain. I am thankful for Dr Malki and his team for giving me peace and an opportunity to enjoy the holiday. Can’t recommend this team more!

Place seems great, although I'm rating specifically as a disabled caregiver of someone who is ALSO currently disabled and received care at this location. We've been there twice now. It has good disabled accessibility from the parking lot to the front desk, but I would warn anyone to be careful in the elevator as it jolts twice going up and while going down. I was not expecting the second jolt and nearly fell the first time I went there. The care received by the patient I was taking in with a brain injury: they were pleased and felt well taken care of. I gave the front desk a list of specifics as to how to speak to them in the back so that they can understand what's happening during the process and the patient felt that all of that was done much better than it has been it most other locations I've taken them for specialists. If you have never suffered a brain injury you may not know that it can be very difficult to comprehend what people are saying. I told the staff to make sure to speak to them slowly and to assess that the directions given were in fact understood by the patient. The patient said they did great, so that's two disabled folks with very different disabilities being impressed by this office. I really only interacted with the front counter and they were really lovely, every person I spoke to on different days in person and over the phone, and they were all quite accommodating. They managed to get us in to be seen as an emergency assessment despite both disabilities obviously creating quite a conundrum for timing. I really appreciated it. I did not actually use the restroom that's available in the waiting room so I cannot attest to its disability friendly accommodations inside but the door is wide enough to maneuver through should you be in a chair. I saw another patient open the door while I was sitting there. As someone who's disabled myself I tend to take note of things like that. Wide entrance. ✅ The entrance to the office itself did not have a button you could press to open the door so you may need someone to help you enter depending on your personal circumstance.

My experience with Dr Chen was amazing. I had a difficult root canal on a unusually small tooth and she was professional as well has kind and very informative throughout my entire procedure. If I ever have to have any work done again Ill definitely choose her to do it for me. Mainly because she really knows how to treat her patients even when things get difficult. Her staff is amazing also. Thank you so much.

I'm not saying I enjoyed getting a root canal, but Dr. Malki made it a much more bearable experience. His personality and humor put me at ease and I was surprisingly relaxed during the entire procedure. You can tell he loves what he does. I would 100% recommend him! Staff is amazing, there's a really good energy in the office.
