VETS!!! This is the place to be for your dental care! After going to different practices, trying to get adequate dental ca5e and avoiding complications, I found Downs Dental. They are a friendly, warm, caring and professional office whom not only listens but understands your needs. Dr. Miller and Gaylia fixed a bunch of my prior dentists worked on that left me in pain for months. In one visit, they told me what was wrong, the solution and how we will achieve this. I left in one hour, pain free but more importantly feeling peace of mind for future visits. You owe this to yourself as finding a trustworthy dental practice is becoming harder to find.

Overall great place to be. The vibe is calm and quiet and less sterile medical building which makes it a lot easier to relax. Everyone that works there is so kind and reassuring, and explains things without making me feel dumb. I’m really glad I found a place like this.

New to this dentistry and am thoroughly impressed with my visits! Lynette at the front desk is the bomb! Super personable and great to talk to! Always smiling! Amber at check-out is so very sweet and makes sure that you are utilizing your insurance to its full capacity before paying out of pocket! Very thorough and flexible with follow-ups. Bobby Jo, Christy, and Dr. Downs are all so professional, welcoming, and warm! Bobby Jo is like talking to your long lost bestie. Very thorough and warm-spirited! Christy is very gentle and makes sure you’re comfortable at all times, even in uncomfortable situations. Very detailed and organized! Dr. Downs and I’s interaction was brief, but she is very personable and makes sure your questions do not go unanswered. Very honest and kind-hearted! These people are what make going to the dentist much more enjoyable and hassle-free!

I had a very pleasant experience at Downs Dental care. I chose Downs because they allowed me to make payments on a 6 month credit plan. Other dental clinics wanted the entire payment up front. Being retired and disabled on a fixed income, that is very important to me. I was very anxious when I arrived since I have been terrified of dentists since I was 8 years old. Dr. Downs and her staff put me at ease the entire time I was there. She made a difficult extraction look easy. I highly recommend Downs Dental Care. I recently switched (after multiple recommendations) to Downs dental and I am seeing Dr. Miller. I eventually need seven crowns across my front teeth, but after suffering, a devastating loss this year, my teeth have to take a back burner. Dr. Miller did this beautiful job with only a buildup and no crowns. I totally cannot believe the results he is such an artist! Also his assistant Gayla is amazing. Most people didn’t even know my teeth were this bad because I haven’t smiled all year. I highly recommend this practice. I was with my last dentist for 20 years and never felt this comfortable with them.
