RB Comprehensive Dentistry

As a previous Dr. Webb patient for the last 20 years, I will be honest. The first experience I had with the office while Dr. Webb was on vacation was great. It was in 2025 and I paid out of pocket. After that I paid for my service before I had it, missed one appointment was charged $75.00, accepted that. I canceled one the day before and was charged another $75.00. I asked for my medical records received them and was sent a bill. I do understand with merging into another office comes new protocols. As a person who has worked in healthcare for the past 30 years I understand the changes. I decided I will return back to the old ways of doing things when healthcare was exciting to the those who loved what they do. I wish Dr. Webb the best!

I have an extreme phobia when it comes to a dentist, partly because of previous nightmares of experiences and just me being in my own head also lol but Dr. Kevin and his staff were so comforting and made sure I had the best experience ever ! Also this is the best work for a filling I’ve ever had! So pleased to have found my home for a dentist! Thanks for everything you guys !

Such an upbeat and friendly staff! Several of them even wished me a happy birthday! I had a very thorough cleaning done by an exceptional hygienist. I was pleasantly surprised that the dentist was able to fit me in for a minor filling during my normal checkup appointment. I honestly walked out of that practice with a huge smile on my face.

Was recommended here by a family friend so I thought this would be a great place to go but boy was I wrong . I called to make an appointment I let them know my tooth had broken and I was having a lot of pain. They got me in the same day but when I got there all they did was x ray one side of my mouth and tell me I was gonna have to schedule another time to get my tooth fixed. The only reason I went there is because I was under the impression they would fix my tooth today and get me out of server pain but no that was not the case. They charged me $99 for half of my mouth to be x rayed and sent me on my way. If you’re in pain and need something to be done right away stay away from this place.

I am scared of the dentist I don’t like anything about it pretty much hate it with a passion… but I do love Dr.Boylan and his staff - Lydia is the best she melts your fears away when you walk in! The billing manager is on top of her game and help makes a proactive plan and explain things so well. Dr.Boylan is a genius when it comes to making miracles happen.
