Kempsville Dental

I went to Kempsville Dental today as a new patient, and it was a great experience! The check-in process was quick, and the office was clean and welcoming. I was made to feel very comfortable and appreciated how everything was explained to me from start to finish. I really value being informed about what’s going on and what’s needed, and they did an excellent job with that. The doctor was very kind, listened carefully to my concerns, and was extremely gentle throughout the visit. Kim and Kat were awesome as well — friendly, professional, and attentive. I will definitely be going there for all of my dental needs and care moving forward!

I told my wife that Kempsville Dental was the Nascar of dental. I have never waited more than 5-10mins and the extremely quick and efficient. Best part is they aren't heavy handed like alot of other Dentistries. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. They also are upfront about any additional charges. They are the first place I have been to where a free cleaning provided by insurance, is actually free.

I had an excellent experience at my recent dental visit. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming from the moment I that walked in. The dental assistant (Ciara) is intelligent, patient, attentive, and over all a joy to be around. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident in my oral health.

Office staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule me for next day appointment due to dental issue. The dentist and tech were kind through and made sure all procedure and after care instructions we clear and understood.
