Place if unprofessional and disgusting. They are very weird about appointments, if you make an appointment and you get the message to confirm your appointment, they still say you have to call to give verbal confirmation you will be at said appointment. Like reassuring a trauma victim. The staff were not polite, even towards my special needs daughter, who was very panicked. The place was super old and absolutely disgusting like they dont clean. Stuff left everywhere. There was a constant high pitched buzzing in the room, it was making my autistic child freak out even more, I asked several staff if they could make it stop, explained she was autistic and I was told no. She was literally sobbing and holding her ears... I got up and played with some buttons, and turned it off my self! This place should be shut down. Its disgusting and the staff do not care at all. AVOID! THERE ARE OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GO!

Had an appointment for three and arrived early after taking off work and checking my son out of school. First I was told I would get a text with a link to fill out the sign-in online. After waiting a while it never came so I did the paper forms. Thats whatever. System issue. The problem is that when we got to the room everything looks rundown and the dentist we had the appointment scheduled with wasn't the dentist doing my sons fillings so he had to conduct his own exam to see if he wanted to fill them. After deciding to fill one side of my sons mouth I signed papers for the 2 fillings. Then, right at the end of the filling my son said he needed a minute and the dentist just walked out. The assistant had me sign another paper for only 1 filling now. I asked why and she said its because the dentist was behind so he didn't have time to do more than one tooth. The appointment was originally for 4 teeth. So now they want me to schedule 2 more appointments (missing work and school) and who's to say we will even get two teeth at once for the left side. The dentist and assistant both walked out without saying when they would be back so now me and my son have just been sitting here waiting for them to do a whole procedure on another patient just because my son gagged one time and said he needed a minute. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Appointment for was 1500, busy asked to arrive no later than 1445 to complete paperwork. Paperwork completed @ 1502, sat and waited without any explanation as to why I haven’t been called back prior to being called and roomed at 1604 and then inform d the doctor is running behind. I’m still sitting here in the treatment room as I type @ 1617 still having not seen the doctor. Horrible communication, examination chairs grossly rusty instruments lying opened on counters prior to treatments and or exams.. Never, ever again as I finish up my review @ 1622 still waiting on a doctor whose office closes @ 1700. Not ok. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Steven Handsome was absolutely amazing! He was very informative throughout the entire cleaning and made sure I understood everything he was doing. He explained any details or concerns clearly and took his time to answer questions. His energy was warm, kind, and professional, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

Unable to get anything done today. My child was nervous about being stuck with a needle and the dentist was not very gentle or reassuring. She told my daughter if she didn’t stop, she was going to be referred somewhere else where they would “tie her down”…She definitely didn’t gain my kid’s trust during this visit. We did end getting referred out, and I’m truly ok with it. I’ve never met this dentist before. I’m hoping this isn’t her usual. Maybe she just had a long day. Last appointment for my son was cancelled because the dentist didn’t see any work that needed to be done on my. One dentist saw 6 cavities, so we got two filled. Came back to finish the work, only to be told by a different dentist she did not see what the other dentist was seeing. We saved money on co-payments, and avoided undue torture to his mouth, but I missed half a work day for no reason. I only kept coming here because most of the staff were friendly enough, but I can’t tell you how many times we’ve shown up and the appointment cancelled by the office at the last minute due to no staff, or the call center messed up the appointment. It’s gotten only slightly better since they are no longer KoolSmiles, but they could still use a little Customer Service training.
