SEV Laser

I absolutely love SEV Laser! The staff is amazing and always so welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. One thing I especially appreciate is that they use a fan during the laser treatment, which helps make the process much less painful and more comfortable. They take their time, explain everything, and truly care about their clients. The results have been great, and the experience has been smooth every time. I highly recommend SEV Laser to anyone considering laser hair removal!

Absolutely LOVE SEV laser! The staff, pricing, scheduling, and transparency of treatments are incredible, and I’m so glad I’m receiving my laser hair treatment here. I’m almost finished with my sessions that rolled over from the previous provider, and I’m already adding new treatment areas because the pricing seriously cannot be beat. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get laser hair removal

Amazing experience with SEV. I did half my sessions with Ideal Image before they got taken over by SEV and my first sessions with SEV was 10x better than what I was receiving before as far as knowledge, technique, equipment, & PRICE. Scheduling had some crack due to switching over but they found time to accommodate me immediately and answer my questions. Highly recommend for hair reduction.

I will start by saying that the technicians are always wonderful and do a good job at the service. The front desk are always courteous as well. The issue is that this location specifically even when they were Ideal image can not keep appointment times. Due to them rescheduling me again I missed out on 9 months of treatments. So I started going to ideal image in Newport and had much better experience and never just randomly rescheduled. Now sev took over and I was skeptical because again it was this location that gave me problems with scheduling and a name change won't necessarily fix that problem. So again my appoint was cancelled due to them taking over and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I show up now to the new appointment at this location and they tell me they don't even have me scheduled, they find the appointment now in the old system and get me rescheduled for the day of the appointment but late afternoon. Thankfully it was a Saturday so I hadn't taken off work. Fast forward to the very next appointment and again it's rescheduled I understand emergencies and other things happen, but to continually reschedule the same client over and over instead of trying to shuffle someone else who hasn't been rescheduled continually would probably be the better option. Overall I would not go to this location if I had the choice. When my treatment is done I will not return and seek another option for any future hair removal needs.

Ok look I was not happy about the change over initially because of the price change for my touch ups, HOWEVER we gladly pay for convenience, amazing customer service, and efficiency, right?! I was pleasantly surprised during my service today! Ellen was amazing and personable. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was even happier to experience a new laser that don’t hurt!!!! This laser has a cold air attachment that literally takes the pain and make it very minimal! I 1000 percent recommend and especially for my PCOS girlies!!! The front desk team was also amazing they just added a lil extra razzle dazzle to my experience. Thank you guys!!
