From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. Jenna, the owner, has created such a wonderful environment. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and about providing a high-quality experience. The entire team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which makes every visit feel comfortable. Alyssa, NP, did my Botox and she was amazing. She was very thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything. She has a great eye for detail and really focuses on natural-looking results. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my results, refreshed and natural, exactly what I was hoping for. Refined Aesthetics is an amazing medical spa. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff at the front! I’ve completed multiple services here and I’ve had such great experiences every time. Jenna, Laura, and Kayla are very knowledgeable and really takes the time to talk through everything and answer questions, which made me feel comfortable right away. I never felt rushed and felt like they truly listened to my skin concerns and goals! They walked me through each steps and not only told me what they were doing but why! All of the injectors are very skilled in explaining facial anatomy and very detailed in each procedure. The office is also super clean and relaxing, and the whole experience feels very professional but still welcoming, warm, and fun! I wouldn’t trust many people with my face, but I definitely trust them and will keep coming back!

Jenna is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable about facial anatomy, listens/takes her time, & always makes me feel completely at ease. I've been seeing her for years now & my Botox results are consistently beautiful & natural. I trust her completely - she truly deserves all the love & recognition. Refined is truly a gem. The space is cute, clean, & cozy. The staff is incredibly kind & always so accommodating. Every visit feels comfortable & welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Jenna, the owner, is incredibly intentional about selecting the best staff, so even if you don’t book directly with her, you are absolutely in expert hands. That level of trust and consistency is rare. Jenna is genuinely kind, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable in her specialty. She is always attending conferences and continuing her education to fine-tune her skills and provide the best care possible, which really shows in her work.
