Dr. Tilt is amazing! I had a breast reconstruction/reduction and she was thorough and very knowledgeable. She informed me of all of the steps the surgery, healing process, and what to expect. Even on the surgery day, she was pleasant and encouraged me to relax. The North Beach plastic surgery in Chesapeake is the office that I visited and it is clean, modern, and the staff is amazing. After healing and being one month post surgery, I’m very pleased with the care that Dr. tilt provided.

Dr Tilt and everyone at North Beach Plastic Surgery went above and beyond to make me comfortable and prepared for my procedure. During one of my pre-surgery consults, the power was out in the office, and instead of canceling my appointment the nurse stayed and walked me through my upcoming procedure- she had even gone home earlier to print out the paperwork, so that I could sign it and not make a separate appointment to do so. When the day came for my surgery, everyone was so positive and friendly and reassuring. I was well prepared and knew exactly what to expect. No surprises. I am a month post surgery, and I'm still healing but I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Tilt did an amazing job, and it's life changing for me- in the best way. I would recommend this practice to everyone, they are awesome!

Dr Sailon and the entire crew and community at North Shore were extremely helpful and comforting from my first appointment and are still. It was very hard for me to realize that I was going to lose my breasts and knowing that my reconstruction would be handled with his team made me feel a lot more confident.
