The entire process- from walking in the door for my consultation to surgery day and post op has been seamless and I genuinely have never felt so supported by a doctor and his staff. I had been putting off having a rhinoplasty for years for multiple reasons, but the moment I left the office after my initial consultation, I knew this would be the best choice I could ever make. I went from being hesitant and nervous to being eager and excited! Dr. Frojo took so much time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions so thoughtfully at each of my appointments before my surgery and post operatively. You can tell that he loves what he does and deeply cares about helping his patients by giving them a beautiful, natural look that fits their features perfectly and focuses on every aspect to ensure the best and long-lasting outcome. i had never been to a cosmetic surgery practice before but va plastic surgery was recommended after a minor facial surgery. From the beginning they were professional and courteous. And they don't keep you waiting . I was always called back within minutes of my appt time. I worked with Dr. Frojo on the initial consultation and procedure and follow ups. I'm very pleased, and the new offices in VB are really nice. I'm so glad i called them!
