I’ve been a client of Elvira’s for several years now. I’ve done multiple services/sessions with her - she never disappoints! She truly wants the BEST for her clients and pours her heart and her soul into her work. I am sure there are lots great PMU artists out there, but I found the one I trust the most! If you are considering getting a permanent make-up done, she is the ONE! In this image, I only added mascara. In my opinion, her work looks very subtle and natural (brows, eyeliner, lips).
