Top Reflexology Spa

Almost perfect! One big darkened room for foot massages and smaller ones for body massages. So, it's an open feel so I rated down one star. This time I got a foot massage which was almost like an authentic China massage. 35 dollars for one hour which is an ok value. About half the time on the top of the foot and the rest on the sole. Should be about 70% on the sole, but next time I will specify more time on the soles. Fairly good massage but not perfect. Next time I will ask for the boss with long hair. Cold water is a nice touch and very much an Asian way of greeting you. I will also ask for authentic cupping next time too. This draws out the toxins but may feel very strange to most unless you have had it done before. Chinese medicine is holistic...no pills to reduce stress and other ailments!

I know they were trying to create a soothing atmosphere, but the 'redish' lighting was a little off putting. The masseuse never closed the curtain. I was only there for a foot massage, but it was still inconsiderate. She finished 5 minutes early. It was a mediocre effort. Then there was the lady in the next "room" that brought her child [no bearing on the establishment I guess]. But let's just say this was a less than relaxing experience. The bottle of water at the end was a plus. 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you use Groupon, you will be getting ripped off. The service was amazing, I had a lovely time, but there is some shady business practice. I realized after returning home with a little flyer listing the services they offer.... The groupons here actually cost MORE than just buying from the merchant. See photos. The "deal" I bought, "One Hour Combination Foot and Back" is priced $55 on groupon but only $49 at the Top Reflexology Spa. Then there is the one-hour Foot Reflexology, costs $35 but $39 on Groupon, and the 90-minute Foot Reflexology priced at $59 but $69 in website!!! When I arrived I was offered to "upgrade" to a full-body massage for "only $15 more" but when you look at the listed prices on their handouts, a 60 minute combo massage and 60 minute body massage are both $49. And my Groupon, as well as their actual services flyer stated the combo massage included free cupping/hot stones/sea salt hot compress and I wasn't offered any of those. It felt really nice, of course, but I'm a bit disappointed I didn't seem to get what I paid for. I wasn't asked about what was concerning me in terms of what I expected to be helped with my "Reflexology" session. I was hoping to be handled by an actually licensed reflexologist.

My ORIGINAL review 9 months ago was..."Loved it!!! Great massages! Exceptional prices!!".. BUT.... On Saturday July 13, 2024 my husband and I went in for a massage like we've done many times before. In our YEARS of being LOYAL PATRONS here, we were met with the most nastiest, rudest attitude by the short lady working there from 9am through 130pm. She was so nasty and rude, that my husband and I vowed to NEVER support this business AGAIN!!! I have brought my out of town friends and family to this establishment for YEARS. I've loved the owner and it's staff for years. I don't know who the 2 women who were on the schedule on Saturday, July 13th were, but they need to be fired! To the owner, my husband and I have been loyal patrons to you and your establishment for many years. The treatment that we received on Saturday, July 13, 2024, was unacceptable. I will no longer refer anyone else to your business. Advice to management: Hire enough staff o that they won't have to interrupt clients massage tent to the front door and other customers simultaneously, hire staff with customer service skills.

Horrible experience recently which was unfortunate because I went one other time and had a decent experience why I came back. i walked in two ladies greeted me Saturday afternoon and didn’t speak any English at all. They also told me their credit card machine was down and only accepted cash so I had to pull money out of their ATM. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. She kept talking to her friend during my massage. She even walked off multiple times which took away time from the hour I paid for. She went up the front once to speak to someone and was gone for about 5 mins and didn’t add it to my massage time. The relaxing music shut off half way through my massage and she didn’t turn it back on. After the massage she was aggressive about asking me for a tip. She blocked my path and was practically demanding a tip. I left more stressed out then I came in there. It was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a massage place.
