Cloud 9 Massage & Foot Spa

They were really kind and did a great job. The gentleman I had checked in on me to make sure the pressure was good. The only thing that suprised me was that my upper chest didn't get rubbed but I'm sure if I asked, he would have. Lots of attention was paid to my back, which was fantastic! I loved that they used oil, then hot stones, then hot towels, and finally dry towels at the end. The price was great for a couples massage. I would highly recommend them.

The customer service was great! Friendly staff. Very clean facility. The massages specialist was amazing for myself and my husband. We did the couples massage. I will be returning. You should visit.

The receptionist [or person filling that roll when I went] could definitely use a little skill building in customer service. The foot massage itself was neither great or terrible, it was just ok. But I will say the masseuse applied the firm pressure I requested...excellent!

I totally enjoyed my massage at Cloud Nine. The staff is very nice and I love the calming atmosphere. Lindsay was my masseuse and she did a fantastic job. I would definitely come back again and again and again.

My fiancé scheduled a massage for me here for my birthday. He got a deal to choose between a head and body massage or a foot and body massage. They called me less than 2 hours before my appointment and asked if I could come an hour later which I agreed to. The lady that was working the front desk did not speak English. I asked her 3 times if I could use the restroom and even showed her a picture of a toilet and she kept telling me to sit in the waiting room because she didn’t understand what I was saying. When I got into the room to get my massage I had to figure out what her native language was through her texting someone that was bilingual so we could use a translator to communicate. I was never asked if which massage option I wanted out of the choices I had, but I wasn’t going to emphasize on it because we were already struggling to communicate. The masseuse got up in the middle of my massage to take care of someone up at the front desk because she was the only one working and once I was done, I was under the impression that I was good to go because everything was paid for, but she stopped me from walking out and called the bilingual person she was texting to ask me if I can leave a tip. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this spa again.
