Sandra is absolutely great!! She is a caring, genuine person and makes you feel comfortable. She’s wonderful at finding and addressing the problem areas. She also gives coaching of what to do at home to further help with the stiffness and knots. I would highly recommend her.

So much more than a massage! Ms. Sandra has hands, and elbows and everything else of gold! It's been life changing seeing her the last 4 years. The MLS treatment got me through my breast reduction surgery. The stretching service offered, has imporved my flexibility and movement. Pain has decreased significantly and I go at least once a month. The ambience, the energy and the care are what have kept me coming back for more and more. You won't be disappointed!

I have been coming to Ms. Sandra as my massage therapist for almost 10 years. She is the reason I was able to run professionally as long as I did because I was receiving deep tissue massages from her weekly. Not a lot of therapists are able to apply the amount of pressure that I need to flush out my muscles, but she is. I haven’t and won’t be getting massaged by anyone else.
