The calm peace, clarity, pleasant aura was not just a look good marketing tactic, but a genuine over flowing spirit of excellence with spiritual leadership training. I noticed the pleasant warm calm, unhurried clear communication amosphere before I even stepped foot into the building when I talked with their staff member on the phone and scheduled an infusion appt. for my mother Edna. The manner inwhich staff answered the phone certainly carriied the organizations vision. At our arrival from the heart felt greeting / welcoming. the genuine care staff provided , their profesionalism - high manners in both attitude and their well groomed attire , the impeccable floor / place cleanliness. layered ambiance, through out and staffs offering of accommodations while waiting for my mother to be seen. Their polished system offered comfort and showed excellent stewardship. At our departure they provided my mother with a vision connected gift that symbolically connected to their vision and a meaningful take away. - we left with a physical reminder of our memorable experience in a safe., Sacrad space with the Blueprint of an aura and Presence atmoshere where details matter. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly, warm, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The second best part is the private room you have that includes a TV and not to mention the endless amount of snacks and drinks they offer! 10/10 --highly recommended!!

Chelsea and Leah at 12 stone are totally amazing. The welcoming The Comfort the care just amazing it’s appreciated. You’re the best. They are absolutely the best. They’re an asset to this company and yeah, they should get bonuses in my opinion. They totally get five star plus plus plus. I've been coming here for the past year+, and I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to my 2 hour infusion every 8 weeks! The ladies of 12stone are beyond amazing. They are always so sweet, informative, and accommodating. Every time I come in, I'm greeted so warmly and I love chatting with them like they are old friends and updating each other on life. You can tell they love their jobs. Each patient gets to sit in their own room with a TV and a super comfy recliner, and there are snacks and drinks available upon request. It's a nice place to have a little "me time". As much as it sucks having to receive infusions for the rest of my life, I thank God that I have this center to go to!!

Great experience at Twelve Stone Infusion Center. Clean, comfortable facility and a very smooth first visit. My Nurse, Chelsea was excellent — knowledgeable and clear when explaining my new medication. Private room with TV and streaming plus plenty of snacks and drinks made a long infusion, pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommend.
