Wonderful staff, I’d sent my boyfriend here previously and he was pretty nervous but loved it. Made the move to them as well and they are so sweet, friendly, and comforting from start to finish. From the front desk, to hygienists, and Dr. Abboud everyone is great. Never have experienced much dental fear but I’d had a gum grafting surgery that left me a little more nervy. I found myself actually very nervous which I’d never experienced before, but Liz numbed me so expertly that the ones that are usually pretty sensitive were nothing. I told her I usually need extra numbing and she took me seriously and just did it then rather than going back over. It was really nice. The whole process was much quicker than I thought and didn’t hurt at all! So grateful for such a good experience and highly, highly recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for a new office this is definitely the one

I was referred to this office by their sister Smile Generation office Keystone Modern Dentistry to have a root canal done on my molar by Dr L Kuang. Everyone here was professional and made me feel at ease while I waited for my appointment time. I dreaded the needle but a root canal was the only way to save my tooth. I don't know how she did it, but Dr Kuang numbed the area before sticking the big needle into my gums. I am a wuss when it comes to needles but I barely felt anything. She has a great touch with needles. The root canal went so well. My pain is gone and I can eat ice cream again. I read professional reviews about Dr Kuang's knowledge... They are right. She is very good. Mid Town Smiles...5 stars all day long.

Selecting her office will be the best choice that you have ever made for your teeth, your peace-of-mind, and yourself. All of the staff and personnel are not only of the highest grade, but are extremely attentive and gentle, too. My whole life is better for having come here. And I hope yours will be, too.

Dr. Abboud and hygienist Lyz are amazing! Lyz walked me through everything and gave me a great home care routine. Definitely the best hygienist I have seen. I was a patient of Dr. Abboud at her previous location and moved with her since she is so knowledgeable, kind, and personable. The staff at Midtown Reno Smiles is wonderful as well.

I was able to get in for an emergency dental appointment right away and I couldn't be more impressed. As a new patient, I was immediately put at ease by the incredibly warm and welcoming receptionist, Nicole. She was friendly, organized, and made the check-in/check-out process completely seamless. She was a great first point of contact for the practice and made me feel like I'd been a patient for years. The rest of my visit was just as wonderful. The hygienist Lupe and Dr. Abboud were both very kind and professional. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, without making me feel rushed. For anyone searching for a new dental home, I highly recommend this office!
