A few days into a lengthy business trip to Reno, Nevada my front tooth crown fell off. The following morning, I frantically showed up at Reno Dental Care without an appointment and was greeted kindly by Ninfa at the front desk and shared my situation. Dr. Anastasia Owens overheard the conversation in passing and instructed Ninfa to check me in and get me back immediately. The dental assistant Liz was equally as accommodating and friendly. Within 30 minutes of showing up on their doorstep unannounced, I left with a recemented crown. If I'm ever in a bind for some unplanned dental work while in Reno I now have my dentist. 😊 Dr. Owens is fantastic, and her team reflects that same level of exceptional service. Thank you again! Exceptional customer service from every single person in the office, whether they were actively participating in my care or not. A wonderful and competent staff that were super helpful and awesome Dentist who knows her stuff and speaks with confidence and authority. I've never had a better first visit in my life. My wife had the exact same experience. It may take awhile to get in if you're a new patient, but that will be true anywhere you go, and this experience is well worth the wait.

Dr. Owen and team are fantastic. No one like going to the dentist. This team is caring, thoughtful, and makes you a part of your treatment. they take the time necessary and understand any special need you have. I recommend them to everyone.

Great place, great care. I love Rande, she's awesome. Best hygienist I've ever had! Edit: I just got a filling and it was a really comfortable experience as far as fillings go. The way Owens did it gave me plenty of opportunities to rest my jaw, and the injection didn't even hurt, which surprised me. No one wants to get a procedure done, but when you get good medical professionals who care about their patients then it can actually be quite a positive experience. Hats off to Owens and staff!
