I’ve been going here for tattoo removal since August of 2025 and have seen major progress with my tattoo removal. Each session is fast, professional, and despite the discomfort from the actual laser, comfortable. The sessions are spaced out about 6 weeks. Justice is very professional and proficient in the job she does. I would recommend Apex and Justice to anyone thinking of getting any laser treatments.

Shannon is a wonderful business woman without being pushy. She guides and educates wonderfully:) Her knowledge is big! …which is ultra important when it comes to laser. Apex has some of the nicest lasers, the variety makes it great for all different issues and needs. She is very accommodating and comforting! I'll start by saying the staff here are incredible, every single one of them are respectful, professional, kind, and just all around great people. I did six months of routine laser hair removal treatments (every six weeks) for my Brazilian area. I was unhappy with the hair reduction and about a year later returned for another full year of consistent treatments (every six weeks) for both Brazilian and underarms, plus laser tattoo removal for numerous tattoos. The results were extremely disappointing. After one whole year of tattoo removal sessions, most of my tattoos are still about 90% intact. For comparison, I had tattoo removal done at another company in the past (same tattoo artist, same time frame, same ink colors), and those tattoos were nearly gone after just 4–5 sessions. Given the lack of results with both the hair removal and tattoo removal, I feel very let down. This was a big investment of pain, time and money, and I truly expected better. Don’t go here if you want good results, you’re better off taking your business elsewhere.
