Hello Sugar | Sparks Crossing - Brazilian Wax, Sugar & Laser Hair Removal

I am writing to share my recent experience at this establishment regarding a scheduled appointment & double booking. My appointment was booked for 20 minutes. I arrived approximately seven minutes late due to severe traffic caused by a car accident. I drove across town since they recently drastically changed locations. Prior to arrival, I received a text message stating that there was a 10-minute grace period. While I fully take accountability for arriving a few minutes late, the delay was due to circumstances beyond my control. Upon arrival, Taz informed me that she only had five minutes remaining before her next customer and would be unable to complete the service within the originally scheduled timeframe. I only required a brief Brazilian cleanup, which typically takes about 10 minutes, and I was prepared to pay the full service amount despite needing less time. Given that my arrival was within the stated grace period, I expected to receive the full time slot that had been reserved. I understand the importance of maintaining a schedule; however, situations such as traffic accidents are sometimes unavoidable. In this case, it appears that the appointment may have been double-booked or scheduled too closely together, which limited flexibility despite the grace period policy. I hope the business will consider reviewing its scheduling practices to better accommodate minor, unavoidable delays while still honoring communicated policies.

A year ago, I went to Taz for my first Brazilian wax and was so nervous, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. Now she does my sugaring, and I just absolutely adore her! She’s efficient, professional, and makes every appointment such a positive experience. I leave feeling confident and amazing every month. Highly recommend! ✨️😍

Kyrin did an awesome job. I have been to a lot of different waxers as I travel a lot and Kyrin was excellent. She was very kind, made me feel comfortable, and was good at what she does. I'll definitely be back to see her!
