Thank you for inquiring about my feedback. Overall, I truly trust and care for Dr. Virden—his presence brings me a sense of comfort and confidence that is so important during any procedure. His assistant was like a guardian angel to me: attentive, kind, and calming throughout the process. That said, I did feel somewhat on edge beforehand. I remember the doctor and assistant mentioning Valium as an option to help ease anxiety, and in hindsight, I think taking it might have really helped manage my nerves. The only other challenging part of the experience was the level of pain afterward. I did not anticipate how intense the discomfort would be. When I spoke with others in the office, I wasn't sure if they had undergone the same procedure, but for me, the scar revision was tougher than expected. Despite that, I feel I was in excellent hands, and I appreciate the care and professionalism I received from Dr. Virden and his team.

I previously had 2 consultation appointments with 2 other Doctors for explanation. I was discouraged until I was referred to Dr Virden. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answering all my questions, I had in my brain to ask of him! His staff is also very friendly and helpful. I’m so relieved to have him in my life and going forward to do the plastic surgery I need. Thank you for getting me in!!! I actually look forward to surgery! Whew!

Based on my face and necks age and condition, I was recommended the Halo laser. I was given great communication about how to prep, what to expect and how to recover. The treatment was not uncomfortable. I’m excited to see the long term results. It’s so nice to have options for treatments at the Virden’s practice with knowledgeable and licensed professionals.
