I am amazed with my success from this program which has taught me sustainable improved habits including maintenance after weight loss. Having just returned from 2 weeks vacation during Maintenance, while enjoying everyday, I returned 2 pounds lighter, losing a total of 22 lbs. I feel better and remain active and continue with intermittent fasting. If you follow the program, you are assured success! Plus Vanessa, my coach was valuable providing support and knowledge so I could be successful. I highly recommend this program!

Reno weight loss program worked perfectly as advertised If you have serious motivation to follow their instructions. I lost a pound a day roughly for almost 4 weeks then leveled off after dropping fromv 211 pounds to 180. After finishing program I am eating healthy food and have not gained any weight back.i think my metabolism was reset and I'm no longer addicted to highly processed high carb foods. I am happy with 2 meals and a healthy snack and no longer wake up in the night starving. Thank you Reno Weight Loss!

I started the Reno Weight Loss (RWL) program in early June 2025, and by the end of August I was down 30 pounds (not including the 6 pounds gained in the loading phase). I couldn’t be happier with the product, my results, and the encouragement and counseling I received along the way. I’ve continued to lose a bit since then and have now been “post-program” for almost two months. The diet is hard work—I think of it as a “boot camp”—but the drops make it manageable and the results come quickly. On the tough days, I focused on taking it one day at a time, and that mindset helped me push through. Once I committed, I didn’t waiver—and it has truly changed my life. My recent blood work even showed that I am no longer pre-diabetic! Thank you, RWL!
