They’ve added grounding mats and oxygen therapy, which really elevate each session and show their commitment to staying on the cutting edge of wellness. Personally, I’ve experienced noticeable improvement in pain management with the red light therapy. I also truly enjoy using the Power Plate for exercise—knowing that this type of workout helps support lymphatic drainage is such an amazing added bonus! Redlight Method made it easy for me to keep fitness goals and healthy habits a pleasure. The studio is like a gentle womb that allows you to work at your own speed on top notch equipment. There is no pressure and you can learn what feels best for your body. I find that I can feel stressed and tired when I come in and after the restful light therapy I feel ready to stretch with the power plate and improve with the Pilates video instructions. It is so well thought out. Kind helpful staff too!

You can choose to do all modalities or just do what you like - red light is a must then go on to power plate, Pilates and/or dry sauna. You leave feeling grounded and zen.
