I and my family were patients of Dr. McClish in the 80's. My lower back. L4-5 /L5-S1 this was early in technology. He was amazing. Went through all the steps as far as was available at the time. Then referred me to the premier back surgeons. Not just reno/Carson area. He referred me to Spine care Daily city. As far as my children. I had platelet rich plasma therapy injection with Dr.McClish in January of 23' and my knee issues have almost 100% healed. After months of PT without full healing and less than positive opinions from 2 MD's I considered this treatment to end my pain and to return to running, hiking, and fly fishing. It is July and I am continuing each run to slowly increase my distance and intensity. My knee feels great with huge improvement! I have mild arthritis as well as a bakers cyst and the outcome has been fantastic although it was slow with steady improvement each month.

Dr. McClish is the most thoughtful, caring physician I have ever met. He is old school, a doctor that takes time with you, cares about you and is honest and trustworthy. Unfortunately I was not a candidate for PRP but without charge, he took the time to explain my MRI and shoulder problem and to refer me to one of the best shoulder surgeons in Reno. Dr. McClish, after reviewing my condition of low cartilage in one hip, suggested injections to stop the pain and give cushion in the joint. It was the best thing I ever did!! I am free of pain and have now had my second treatment (6 months apart) and do not have to go back for a year or two. He has discovered a combination that makes the treatment last longer than the original treatment was supposed to last! The cost is not covered by insurance, but is so cheap compared to surgery or stem cell procedures...like a tiny fraction of the cost. It is sooo affordable compared to stem cell procedures. This doctor is a very honest doctor and I highly recommend him. You never want to go under the knife unless it is absolutely necessary, particularly when older and then add the Covid mess in hospitals...that is not an option for informed people.
