Love!! I had an apportionment booked with a stylist, when she called sick they super easily switched my stylist to Nina! She did a wonderful job—I had a full highlight and trim and she did it fast and really well. Super friendly stylists and management. I love coming here.

So I had gone in to another place 2weeks ago and they so messed up the hair color and cut .I was in the area of tangerine stopped by and showed them to see if they could fix.they made me and appointment for today. She did and amazing job.so went up to pay like close to 275 with color low and high lites, hair cut ,conditioning and couple other things my hair was so fried when I came in .so any how.There was this lady at the counter asking me questions didn’t think any thing of it ,turn to pay and she said someone paid and I didn’t owe anything.I was shocked I said what and she told me someone paid it forward and took care of it.i asked if I could leave tip for the lady who did my hair..and gave her a tip and walked out in shock still ..to the person who paid for me today ,god bless you and I want to let you know I was feeling really down .just moved here and this happened.it really shows how people are so kind and loving here ,thank you so much .husband and I went to a place to eat a paid it forward to 2 customers afterwards. This was a great place to have your hair done..

My experience of this place was terrible. I thought finally found someone I liked locally ( it’s local so I wanted to give it another try). I liked Liz but she suddenly cancelled my appointment the same day. I was told to come in the next day and given a blonde haired lady instead. I showed her a picture of the permanent blond highlights I wanted. I told her similar to her blond hair. I came out with black highlights on grey hair and felt so upset. I had waited a month for the prev color to grow out and also took another day off work after the prev day cancellation. When I spoke to the manager she was rude, arrogant and obnoxious and tried to blame me for the mistake of her clearly undertrained staff. She told me not to complain and not to come back. VERY RUDE..DO NOT GO THERE!

Our experience was fantastic!! From the moment we walked through the door, everyone was smiling and treated is well. my daughter was getting a wash, dry and getting hair straightened. The stylist had never done hair that was extremely course, curly. Yuliana did wonderful. My child was smiling and so happy with her new hair style. Addie did her eyebrows and did wonderful. We will make another appointment . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

I’ll start with I had a good experience getting a Brazilian Blowout here by Cindy but I didn’t have a great experience when going to color my hair with Corey, when booking in the salon i had told the receptionist I wanted to color my hair & go brunette I’m a level 3 brown/black color, not sure where the miscommunication was, but when I went in for my hair coloring appointment I was instantly met with “we won’t have enough time to do what you want to do”& I only wanted to go 1 shade lighter than my natural color rn! Mind you, Ive been to salons where the stylist stayed overtime with no one else in the salon to make sure my hair came out the way I asked, all I was offered after taking an Uber 40 mins out of my way for a hair appointment that was booked in person (for an event I had that weekend) was a conditioning treatment, I appreciate them reaching out and “trying” to make it right but there’s an issue either w management, the corporation, or employees- if you have fuller/ darker hair, there’s lots of other stylists in the area who won’t waste your time when booking and who also won’t make you feel like working with your hair is a burden or hassle.
