This was my first visit as a new patient. The staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient. Southside Dental had me fill out all my information electronically prior to the visit, which helped things go smoothly. Maggie the dental assistant and Dr. Patterson made me feel comfortable, by explaining things every step of the way (x-rays and exam). I felt listened to and respected. I’m so glad I chose Southside Dental!

I’ve been going to Southside dental since before it was Southside dental and Dr Brooks was a one-man show The staff is awesome and always incredibly friendly and even remember things that you talk about between visits which is amazing in and of itself Dr. Patterson has a great demeanor and And he’s always looking out for what’s best, both health and financially. My kids have grown up going there and I hope my grandkids get a chance to do the same.

I am very pleased with my visit to this office the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. My hygienist Did an excellent job cleaning my teeth was very gentle and did not hurt me and explained things as she went. I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist.

I called Southside Dental when I had a crown to break and the jagged edge was cutting my tongue causing a lot of pain and I had fired my dentist. Without hesitation Dr. Patterson worked me in the next day to smooth the edge so it would stopped cutting me. I love the atmosphere! It's warm, cheerful and pleasant. Just like the staff and Dr. Patterson. I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful, caring dentist and staff! Annette is the best hygienist I've had in years!
