Always professional and helpful with any concerns. Dr. Clark is amazing. The dental hygienist Sonya was extremely knowledgeable and just an all around professional. She even took my blood pressure. They also had my follow up appointment set at my desired time before I even made it to the front desk. Greater Brainerd Dental truly live up to being great. 😁

I have used Dr. Clark as my dentist for over the coarse of 20 years and never disappoints. I feel confident when I sit in the chair for dental work that it will be done right and without after pain. I have to mention the hygienist Ms. Sonja is the best! She handle you with great care and does a great job.

Love Dr Clark and Sonja.who cleans our teeth. Have seen Dr Jordan a couple of times and he’s good too. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Office is clean and appointments are always on schedule. Highly recommend this practice

They sent me a text message on August 18th and canceled my daughter's appointment due to them supposedly not having a hygienist, and stated that they would call as soon as they were able to reschedule. I never got a call, so I texted the number on August 27th, asking if they were able to find a hygienist and reschedule my daughter. No reply. ( Mind you, I responded to the text message because I knew it wasn’t an automated message, given that whoever sends the messages spelled "you" as "u," like they're texting their friend. Definitely not professional, but that's beside the point.) So, I called on September 8th about not receiving a reschedule call for my daughter, and the girl receptionist stated that they still hadn't found a hygienist. This is weird to me because how are you still open if so?! As of today, October 2nd, I still haven't received a reschedule call. If you didn't want to provide my service anymore, then why not just be honest? I only started going to Dr. Clark because he was an African American dentist, and I'd rather have my own race as a dentist. Boy, did I make a big mistake! I really did like Dr. Clark and was recommending everyone to him, but after this experience, I'll never recommend anyone to this office! I'll just take my good insurance that I have for me and my daughter elsewhere!
