They have been open and honest, and answered all of my questions and always addressed any concerns. They made me feel like my health and overall results have been a priority! Highly recommend SSA!

I interviewed three surgeons before beginning my mommy makeover journey, and I was initially very impressed with Dr. Deal. His results, educational content, and virtual consultation gave me confidence in moving forward. During my virtual consult, he was the only surgeon who recommended implants alone using his dual plane technique and strongly advised against adding a lift. Although a lift had been included in the original comprehensive quote, I was encouraged to proceed without it and trust that augmentation alone would achieve the lifted appearance I wanted. I relied on that recommendation. Looking back, I believe the limitations of a virtual consult may have contributed to unrealistic expectations about what implants alone could accomplish. At my in-person pre-op appointment the day before surgery, measurements were finally taken, yet no concerns were expressed about meeting my goals without a lift. The morning of surgery, I did not see Dr. Deal prior to the procedure, which surprised me. My discharge experience was also disorganized. We were told recovery would be brief, but it extended several hours with minimal communication. My pain management suffered during that delay, and I left in significant discomfort. To add to the confusion, I was sent home with another patient’s post-operative instructions and belongings. I want to clearly state that my tummy tuck results are excellent. He is talented in body contouring, and that portion of my surgery was very well done. However, my breast results never achieved the lifted appearance I had hoped for. When I later developed capsular contracture and sought follow-up, it took many months to be seen. At that appointment, I was told the situation could be corrected with a lift and that staging the procedures would have been necessary regardless. When I received the updated quote to complete the lift separately, I was shocked. The cost difference compared to the original comprehensive plan was substantial. While I was told it reflected updated pricing and a discount, the overall financial outcome felt very different from what had initially been presented. Ultimately, I chose to consult with a local board-certified plastic surgeon and received a far more reasonable revision plan. I share this for transparency. Dr. Deal is clearly skilled in body work, but my experience with the breast augmentation plan, follow-up accessibility, discharge process, and pricing left me disappointed.

October 13, 2025 I had a full mommy make over. Dr. Summers was nothing short of exceptional! The nurses were fantastic, especially Chelsea. The anesthesiologist, Patrick, was so kind, quite funny and very thorough. We recapped every single detail before I went under. I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Kyle Summers. He’s so kind, serious about his profession, understanding, his attention to detail is next level, & he has a very down to Earth personality that makes me feel comfortable. I had a breast lift and augmentation yesterday morning with Dr. mason and nurse Maggie. They were top notch. He did a very good job explaining everything to me and Maggie was very attentive! Russell was my anesthesiologist and he was also very very professional and kind. We were greeted at the door by Mindy & she was the most pleasant person to be around especially with it being first thing in the morning lol. She escorted up and we were immediately taken care of. Everything went to schedule meaning I did not have to wait and there were no delays. I will recommend them to anyone definitely! I also felt very comfortable and educated on what was happening. My breasts were VERY unsymmetrical and extremely small so he told me up front multiple times I will more than likely have to come back for another procedure in a few months to get it exactly how I wanted and I appreciated the honesty & plan on going back as of right now. I have a post op appointment this morning at 9AM.

Dr Deal and his staff are very kind, patient & informative, Dr Deal himself will discuss every option and every detail of your procedure. I am truly excited for my 2nd round with him to fulfill my cometic desire. Kelly his coordinator is very sweet, compassionate and helpful with all billing questions and provides payment quotes efficiently.
