Skin & Brow School of Esthetics

NEW update: So, today, the school changed my appointment 2 hours prior WITHOUT a call to see if that was going to work. I get a text from Jessica and respond within about 30 seconds because I am confused as to why she is saying I am late (original appointment was for an hour later). So, I jump up and RACE over to the school, meanwhile, she cancels my appointments (while I am driving over!). I walk in and, rather than take responsibility for poor communication, she starts making excuses -- one student had to take dog to vet; another out with COVID (why she would share her employees health information with me is beyond me). Sorry, but NONE of this matters. I would have been ok to cancel or reschedule, if she had just taken the time to call me. Sooooooo frustrating. Unreal. So I book my ENTIRE afternoon from 1 until about 4 or 4:30 at the school. Their systems are set up so that you have to confirm several times, which I did. Then, this morning I get a call from the tech who had an emergency. OK. I get that. But then, try to figure out a plan B! I had scheduled time off work, cleared my afternoon to have services because I have an event tomorrow. After stewing, I just called in to discuss my disappointment with a manager who proceeded to tell me what a hard day SHE has had. Several people calling off, trying to fit people in from other locations -- and oh, too bad I didn't call back in or she might have been able to get at least one of the three services done. She literally shame/blamed me as a customer. Such a disappointment. This was a terrible experience and I would suggest that, if you NEED to make sure your services are completed, that you do NOT count on this Skin and Brow Room school to handle your business with any kind of concern. You are just not that important to them.

Jess is a phenomenal aesthetics professional and is running an excellent, hands-on school. Her students are kind, talented, and under the watchful eye of Jess as they complete your treatments. I highly recommend this down-to-earth, clean, professional, and easier-on-the-pocketbook school of aspiring aesthetic professionals. It will likely become your favorite spot for self-care!

Will be going once a month! Definitely worth it!
