Highly Recommend! I always have a wonderful experience at The Lotus Center. The office staff is friendly and efficient, from check-in to scheduling my next visit. The waiting area is also incredibly warm and comfortable! I see Jessica Smith, NP, and she is fantastic—so positive, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She takes the time to answer all my questions and gives me truly valuable information. I never feel rushed but always genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Lotus Center for Women. I'm not a fan of doctors or doctor's offices, but the center was very homey & inviting. It just felt like visiting a friend. The waiting room had a cozy living room atmosphere. The "exam" room just felt like a sitting room. It was lovely. Meghan was very professional and friendly. She put me at ease, answered questions & respected my own personal boundaries. It was a really good experience & I never felt dismissed or disregarded as so often is the case with women's healthcare. I'd highly recommend this office for anyone experiencing perimenopause or menopause.

I had an excellent experience with Meghan. She was thorough and thoughtful about supporting my hormone health while taking care not to disrupt my other complex medical issues, and was willing to work with my other providers to help me. The office staff were kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Lauren at this gynecology office for about nine months, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the first visit, she made promises that my issue would be addressed, with baby steps, and that everything would be okay, but over time nothing improved and I never received real help or solutions. Every visit, she said it will be better. Give it time. In addition, I did not feel comfortable with her attitude. At times she came across as dismissive, with looks or reactions that felt unprofessional. I also felt pressured to have exams done only at their lab, and she seemed irritated when I declined. Because of the lack of results and the overall experience, I would not recommend this office. I went to another facility and just with my first visit I can see the change.

I had the same GYN from the time I was 16 in 1998 until the time he eventually retired in 2019 and I am still devastated. It took me several years to be able to want to reach out to try find a new GYN who I could trust with my downstairsladybusiness. I am childfree by choice, and into my 40's now, and finding a place that specializes in women over 40 into perimenopause without trying to convince me to have kids at the 11th hour was a blessing. Going blind into perimenopause as the oldest sister and oldest female cousin on the maternal line of my generation (since my own mother can't answer my questions) was daunting and nerve-wracking, despite not yet having any symptoms I could yet pinpoint. Walking into Lotus was like walking into a spa. The waiting room is cozy, and the consultation rooms are bright, and more like a friend's living room. Jessica Smith and the rest of the staff are friendly, bubbly, and welcoming. Jessica is candid and gregarious in a way that makes me feel welcome like I'm family, and she answers my questions in familiar ways that don't make me feel like I'm a dunce, and make me feel at ease to ask more questions, no matter if I feel like they're silly or not. I am ELATED I have found this office, and I cannot recommend Lotus enough.
