Knoxville Dental Center - Fountain City

My husband and I have been patients here for over 20 years and are very pleased with the kind reception we get from the staff up front to making us feel welcome with a comfortable waiting area. The Doc and his assistants are very professional as well as friendly and personable. We have become close friends with some of them. Would not dream off changing dentist now! 🧡

If I could give 10 stars, I would! A huge thank you to the team at Knoxville Dental Center - 3226 Tazewell/FC for providing such a wonderful dental experience. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and incredibly patient. They made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my entire visit. It's rare to find a practice that is so awesome at both customer service and clinical care. So grateful to have found this practice! I'm a patient for life!

I have dreaded going to the dentist since I was a kid due to unpleasant experiences. Today I had to have a filling replaced and Dr. Andreasen and his assistant Arielle were amazing! I got there right at 8 and was out the door before 9! Also Lori our Dental Hygienist is the absolute best and always makes me feel comfortable and the office staff always makes me feel welcomed! Would definitely recommend going here for dental needs!

5/27/25 I am a newer patient as my dentist of 20 years no longer is in my dental network and this location is one exit over on I-640. The dentist recommended a treatment plan (I trust his expertise) and he takes care of what needs to be done. I needed tooth composite and gumline bonding. Monica is a great office manager who listens to your concerns and she was able to get me in for my tooth sensitivity pain. I am a senior and as you get older have to take care of your teeth. I appreciate everyone at this location. I wish there was more dentists like him.

We like that they are open on Saturdays and we have been going here for the past few years for periodic cleaning and filling cavities. They fill up fast so we try to schedule ahead on each visit. This time they cancel a few days before our appointment saying they are understaffed. OK, when can you see us then? They say not sure. This is not the first time they cancelled our appointments at the last minute. One time we had to reschedule a few times and our cleaning was delayed a few months each time. We are fed up with them cancelling on us and I advise you to stay away too.
