Bearden Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter LOVES this dentist office! So much so that we drive an hour to come here and have changed our dental insurance so she can continue to come here. Everyone who works here is wonderful! This place really does give kids a great experience and I'm so glad my kiddo loves going to the dentist because of this office. The office space is also SO cute! I love the little play area that's built inside the wall like a playhouse. Coolest thing ever & she really enjoyed it when she was younger.

The employees at Bearden Pediatric Dentistry were great. They were very patient with my daughter at her first dentist appointment, and they did an incredible job at explaining everything that was going to occur at her appointment as well. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for their children. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at this dental office! The children were a bit nervous about visiting a new practice, but they absolutely loved it and said, “This is the best dentist ever!” Everyone we met, from the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist, was so kind and patient. Thank you!

So we just moved to here from Chattanooga and was referred by my son dentist down in Chattanooga area to go here . She highly recommended doctor Elise since my son has special needs. I already made him a appt for a first visit but it wasn’t until dec. we notice some issue with his back molars coming in and wanted to make sure everything was okay. when I called yesterday who ever was at the office when they first open up wasn’t very nice. first she was okay we can get him the next day and on top of it made a remark well if his teeth are crowded there nothing we can do. First of all you are not the dentist to say what they can and can’t do. Second first impression goes a long way. I don’t care if you can’t do anything but you should never tell a patient over the phone you can’t do anything. you should say well we can see what the dentist says and goes from there. maybe the dentist are great however the front office staff are the face of the business and it show how they treat their patients. I recommend looking somewhere else instead of this office. we decided to stay with our dentist down in Chattanooga anyone who is willing to do the drive I highly recommend splash smile in Chattanooga front staff ladies are amazing down there.

The whole staff is so kind and helpful, we always have a positive experience. Taylor was especially great today explaining everything in an appropriate way to my 5 year old son and doing a great job. Thank you all!
