I scheduled an appointment to have my seborrheic keratosis examined and consider laser removal. I was assured that they had the appropriate lasers for removal. The day of the appointment, Marissa, who is so sweet, consulted with me then moved forward with the procedure, but nothing was told to me about the price. Afterwards, I was charged over $1000. I was okay, since I was guaranteed success. A month later, NOTHING. So, they wanted me to return to try another laser. I went through the procedure again and this time...again, NOTHING. I would have given Zero Stars, except they were very accommodating by giving me a full refund, once I asked. The only issue I had with the refund is that I was given an apology for me not being satisfied with the results. Well, YEAH, of course I was not satisfied, as there were NO results. I wanted this done in one sitting and I had made that clear before I even went there. Again, Marissa was wonderful, but that doesn't help when I wasted two months and time getting lasered twice with ZERO results. I would suggest that the owner make certain what they are capable of attaining when they offer their services. I know that seborrheic keratosis can be removed with a single laser treatment...but they just don't have it perfected.
