The most fabulous plastic surgeon that I have been to. Not only does he have a great personality but Dr.Gallahers team is amazing. We drive to see them all the way from Nashville because we can’t find another office like his. They go above and beyond for all of their patients. Victoria is also out of this world amazing. We look forward to seeing them each time we come in. He has had to fix world from other surgeons, and the results are better than expected!! Highly recommend

Had breast reduction surgery yesterday and a follow-up today. The staff have been so attentive and caring both times. So far any pain has been far less than I expected. I am excited to see how I progress over this coming year. I highly recommend Dr Gallaher and his staff.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are considering any kind of treatment. The girl that does the Botox is absolutely AWESOME!! This is my go to place now. I would love to have a mini face lift and I would not go to any other place than this just because of the knowledge they produce and the care of concern for you while they are administrating a procedure. Dr Gallaher did an excellent job. He had completed the surgery quickly and painlessly. Victoria is a gem. She coordinated everything and answered all my questions. Definitely a top notch organization!! :)

I live in Kingsport, Tn and I wanted a highly recommended Board Certified Surgeon and Dr. Gallaher was someone I was reading up on and after all these years great reviews I decided to make the almost 2hr drive to see him. My Consultation went very well, (more so than anyone else I’ve seen), because all my questions got answered and he put his thoughts into it as well and that’s what I wanted. After talking and listening, we came up with a game plan for my Surgery which mine is a two in one procedure as he explained to me and it makes sense to me because of what he’s got to do to fix my situation and as of right now the day after my pre-op, it’s 11 days prior to my Surgery and I’m very excited and nervous and everything you can think of but I’m putting my trust and literally my life into Dr. Gallaher’s hands and of course God as well, and I’m excited to see the outcome and Pray to God he does my procedure very well and I fall in love with it and after that, I’ll definitely come back here and do an update. But if you are looking for a good Surgeon who is Board Certified and a Doctor that listens to your concerns, and wants too, I highly recommend Dr. Gallaher. Go see him and tell him I sent you. Lol.
