Both Tammy and Jill are extremely knowledgeable and skilled injectors. I have seen both providers at the Downtown West location and cannot be happier with the results they provide. I always ask for a natural, refreshed version of myself and that is exactly what I receive!

I LOVED my experience at Pure Luxe Downtown West from start to finish! It was a very welcoming and sparkling clean environment. Jill Maze works miracles on wrinkles. Hands down best Botox injector in East Tennessee! She works with you to make sure you get the results you’re wanting to see. My girlfriend and I came in for our first lip filler appt. I actually had made an appt she just came with and Jill ended up getting her right in after me after deciding she also wanted them! The whole experience was so pleasant. Jill was so nice, great personality and very calming aura about her. The procedure was so easy! I couldn't believe how easy it was! Not necessarily painless but I barely felt anything. I love the way they look and can't wait to go back for my second syringe in 2 weeks! I will absolutely recommend Jill to anyone looking to have their lips done.

If you’re looking at doing any sort of med spa service I highly recommend Pure Luxe Downtown West! I saw Caroline Barnes today for filler and it was an incredible experience. The facility is beautiful and the guest services staff at the front is very welcoming. Caroline is a wonderful professional and really knows what she’s doing. She took time to talk with me about the look I wanted for my lips and discussed some of the different filler options with me until we decided which one to go with. She made the process fun and I had basically no pain at all. I have been to the Hardin Valley location to see her as well and this was my first time at Downtown West. I will definitely be back to this location and would highly recommend it to those who are looking for knowledgeable injectors who will listen to you. I’m extremely happy with my results and can’t say enough good things!
