I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Steffi and can’t recommend her enough. She is highly skilled, attentive, and truly knows how to find and work through problem areas with just the right amount of pressure. She checked in throughout the session, made sure I was comfortable, and tailored the massage exactly to what my body needed. Hattie has the magic touch! It's obvious she's extremely knowledgeable about the body; she's great at what she does. She pressed on spots on my back I didn't even know existed lol and it felt incredible. Amazing massage that really helped to relieve my tension and pain! The room itself was very cozy lit with tea lights, relaxing music, and I loved the heated bed/table. Super cute and comfortable! My only critique would be that it due to the small size of the shop, it was sometimes distracting that I could hear everything happening outside my massage room pretty loudly (doors shutting, people coughing and laughing etc.) - perhaps another white noise machine placed closer to the massage room door would cancel it out? Still a great experience overall.

I have been massaged by both Katie, and now Steffi. Both have been wonderful experiences! Great listeners for what you want in your massage, pressure, tools, etc. Today, I experienced the most above and beyond customer service from Steffi! Thanks for everything, I so appreciate the customer service, and quality of my much needed massage!
