Elements Massage

I love everything about Elements! Very easy to get an appointment - Ive tried several different therapists here (all have wonderful), reasonable pricing! I enjoy the upgrades available during my massage.

I have been a member of Elements almost 2 years now. What started off as excellent service has taken a deep dive ever since Fall of last year. I was told that they went under new management (possibly new ownership), which explains why their service has changed drastically. When I became newly pregnant, and in desperate need of a massage, I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. One the day of my appointment, WHILE I was on my way to the studio, I received a call from staff mentioning that they cannot take me because "a new policy" states that they don't take pregnant women in their first trimester. Because of this, I had to find another place that would take me, and the only place that could didn't have availability until another 3 weeks. When I finally got into my 2nd-Trimester, I made an appointment with Elements again. We discussed to topic of my pregnancy because I wanted to be sure they wouldn't turn me away again out of nowhere. Once I arrive at my appointment, it turns out that my masseuse had no idea that I was pregnant, and left the room to retrieve a pregnancy pillow, which ended up cutting into my massage time. When I shared this with the front office staff, they said, "That's odd. Your appointment has no mention of pregnancy and it was our manager that plugged you in." Out of these two instances, my hope was that they would offer some type of olive branch to show how remorseful they are for the frustration and trouble that their disorganization caused, but when both situations were escalated to the manager, Deja, all she did was offer a verbal apology. Mind you, I get charged $119/mo by this place, and at this point I have racked up several months of visits (along with gift cards that I purchased for future use). In order to have the time to use all my sessions, I asked to cancel my membership, so that I wouldn't continue getting billed. Deja recited policy which is that I have to provide 30 day's notice and that I will be billed for one more session. People - do yourself a favor and find a place that has staff who truly care and has compassion for their clients, especially when the business makes mistakes. I've recommended somewhere between 5-8 clients to this place because I used to be so happy with it, but all they care about now is taking your money. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Elements is an exceptionally clean, professional, modern and comfortable facility. Kirk was outstanding. He is an incredibly experienced therapist who helped me relax but also was very knowledgeable about bursitis and shoulder pain I’ve been experiencing for several years. I’ll be back!

Elements Massage offers a plethora of therapist with varying degrees of pressure. The ambiance is gentle and serene while the background music is not distracting. I would recommend a membership to anyone enjoying their services at least once a month. You can schedule appointments online, in person or via telephone.

Kirk is amazing. He is very thorough. I don’t have to tell him much of what my issues are. He just goes to work and finds my problem areas and takes care of them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
