I bought on Groupon two reflexology & massages. After having some difficulty getting an appointment and only via email (apparently her husband was unwell.) I eventually went. Owner seemed pleasant enough. However, it wasn't what I had expected very mediocre. Decided too complicated to book the second one purchased. Therefore a waste of my money!!

If I could rate zero stars I would!!! Negative 10! I’m from out of town, ordered this package on Groupons for my elderly mama out in TN. Never reached the lady to make an appt, it’s been going on two months . My mother said she emailed her and the lady said she would get back with availability and she never did. I have called the company phone number listed here over 100 times since the purchase and I have NEVER had anyone answer for me. Not one time. I have reached out to the local police station & I’ve submitted a complaint on IC3 with the FBI. It’s not about the money it’s about scamming innocent people who are trying to support your local business. So long story longer, if you’re trynna be nice and get this as a gift for someone- DONT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Yep. Everyone is right. I wish I could warn people not to waste their money, but unfortunately, Groupon will not take the matter seriously. I now will no longer use Groupon as they allow scammers to steal customers’ money.

Super disappointed. Thought we got a good deal but it looks like a scam. What she does is price the Groupon super low so many people buy, then she says give her a few days to schedule & doesn't get back to you, by the time you request a refund from Groupon they say it's 2 late. 💪 will be reporting to as many agencies as possible to stop her. Even the news. This is not right.

I've had the same experience as everyone else. I received the Groupon as a gift, tried to contact her multiple times to set up an appointment, and have never been able to schedule an appointment. She said she would get back with me when her schedule opened up, but I was never contacted again.
