my 15 year old daughter received a gift card for Christmas for her first facial ever. she got the Acne Facial and we were blown away! she saw results instantly and she had a wonderful experience! Emma was GREAT with her explaining things and what she may expect following the facial. she also gave her some great advice about double cleansing. the entire staff was welcoming and very professional. we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!!

We recently visited Sanctuary Day Spa as a couple and spent $595 on our services, hoping for a relaxing spa getaway. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. While the environment itself was pleasant, the services felt rushed. Despite clearly and respectfully communicating multiple times that we were looking for increased massage pressure, the massage remained very light—primarily effleurage—throughout the session. This made it difficult to fully relax or feel that the treatment was tailored to our needs. I do want to highlight that the foot soak experience and the staff members we interacted with there—specifically Cookie and Mariah—were wonderful. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to chat with, and they added positivity to our visit. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of follow-up or engagement at the end of our visit. We stood at the checkout counter for several minutes without acknowledgment, and no one asked about our experience or offered an opportunity to provide feedback. For a spa at this price point, that level of attentiveness and care feels like an important part of the experience. We truly wanted to love this visit, and while there were bright spots, the overall service did not deliver the relaxing, high-quality spa experience we were hoping for as a couple—especially given the cost.

Sanctuary Day Spa truly lives up to its name! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a calming, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The space is beautiful, serene, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax before your service even begins. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Sanctuary Spa is a great place to go, esp after a hard day or week at work. Everyone is friendly and professional and makes you feel like you're part of the family. The staff are always welcoming with smiling faces. And Alisa is awesome. She gives a relaxing facial, and can make the most troubled nails look great. Highly recommend the Sanctuary Spa.

I love Sanctuary Day Spa and Boutique! I routinely get a manicure and pedicure, and it’s always wonderful. Occasionally I treat myself to a facial or massage and am never disappointed. In addition to services, I’m also a fan of the natural products they carry, like Eminence skin care and locally made Rainwater Farm products. I would highly recommend this business!
