I am so happy to have finally found IV4Health! I had been looking into IV therapy for a while and it never felt right until I found IV4Health! I just knew this was the right fit for me! I received a bag of the Thirst Aid IV as well as a B12 and Vitamin D shot! The staff was so friendly and so helpful! They answered all my many questions! So excited to continue receiving treatments for my POTS! ❤️

If you need a specific vitiman they have b12 or vitamin d shots or if you need more then just b12 or vitiman d they have infusions with some extra minerals in it and several different types of vitimans this is the place for you it is clean affordable and very friendly staff that cares about helping you. You wont find a better place it is incredible greatest place in east tennessee for your health needs wont be disappointed no need to continue searching for any other place to get vitiman b12 shots or vitiman d shots or infusions because this place is more then 5 star healthcare. I visited IV 4 Health a few weeks ago after returning from a girls trip to LA! After returning from my trip, I was so worn out and tired. I felt like it was impossible for me to ever get caught back up and get enough sleep. I came here and for a vitamin infusion and received Myers Cocktail! All of the staff members were so kind and informative! After just a few hours I could tell a difference in my fatigue and the next day I felt like a new person! I would recommend Vitamin infusions here to anybody!

I recently had IV Therapy done at IV4 Health and Wellness. I was very happy with the staff and atmosphere. The therapy I chose has been a help. I am looking forward to many more in the future to better my health.

Very happy with the Lipostat shots I have received. I feel I have more energy and I've lost a few pounds. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
