Mikki Jacobs (owner) was exceptionally pleasant to talk and do business with. I called to schedule a simple facial for my friend --and Mikki offered up a better deal in the form of a gift card! More value for the money and my friend never gets a bill for an afternoon at the spa. What it not to love about that??? Make a note: Vibrant Me is in a lovely new building that has not been picked up by google maps (yet). They share the same building with (to the right) eBen Employee Bemefits and Blue Dress Internet Marketing.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Mikki. She is so kind and takes her time talking with you about your skin needs. I had microchanneling done with Laura and she is a ray of sunshine. She is so sweet and explained the procedure thoroughly (it was my first time having this). She definitely calmed my nerves and used numbing cream when I asked. They both made my experience very pleasant. I wasn’t pressured at all to purchase other treatments or packages. I look forward to going back for my next visit to meet April, who will be doing my lip flip. The office was spotless and very calming. I highly recommend them and look forward to going back.

I don’t think these people have any idea what’s going on with their office. I found them through an advertisement for a micro needling special. I scheduled an appointment and got spammed with messages for fat reduction and muscle toning. I called to clarify, they said it wasn’t them even though it came from the same phone number and had their name in the messages. The girl on the phone was super rude to me. I called again just to cancel, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee even though I was giving plenty of notice. Also every time I called it would go straight to voicemail then I would get a text to call them at a different number. So sketchy, not letting them anywhere near my face.

Got Botox at VibrantMe Wellness and had the best experience with April! She was super knowledgeable, made me feel totally comfortable, and the results look natural and refreshed. Highly recommend her! I’ll definitely be returning!
