Robin is incredibly thorough and caring in her evaluations. She is also significantly more knowledgeable than other practitioners I’ve seen. The treatment plans she devised are detailed and well-organized. My overall experience with Performance Medicine has been very positive!

My initial experience with Performance Medicine was overwhelmingly positive. The office staff were welcoming and efficient, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I was particularly hopeful after reading numerous glowing reviews about Robin, the nurse practitioner, and her passion for truly understanding and addressing underlying health issues rather than just treating symptoms. This approach resonated deeply with me, as I've expressed to other doctors to really listen and help without just sending me somewhere else without exploring other avenues. During my appointment with Robin, I felt heard and understood even with me being emotional, lol. She seemed genuinely interested in my concerns, and her dedication to finding the root cause of problems was evident. This gave me a great deal of optimism that I was finally on the right path to getting real help. However, my experience with the follow-up has been deeply disappointing. It has now been four weeks since my test results came in, and despite my repeated requests for recommendations or insights into what the next steps might be, I have received no response. Each time I call, I am simply told, "The note is on her desk." Now the nurse is so sweet and helpful, but this lack of communication and the feeling of being put on hold have been incredibly frustrating and have unfortunately overshadowed the positive initial impression. While I still hold onto the hope that Robin can help with my case, I'm not sure if it's not something they want to deal with.
