ProGrin Dental of Greenville

My 92 yr old mom has been going to Dr Ayer’s for a long time. She absolutely loves him . He is very personable, kind and takes good care of her. Today, my mom saw Dr Jackson. He was very kind, knowledgeable and handled her with care. I was impressed at his patience and how he explained everything well. Joann , our Dental Assistant, was fantastic. She took her time with mom and put her at ease. I had my baby yorkie with me and she even accommodated her as well. Dr Ayer’s cane in and gave mom a hug and chatted with us for a bit . Great people !

ProGrin (Dr.Jackson) was a pleasure to go see for my dental work. The office was first class from the minute I arrive, the front office was very pleasant and professional,offering me numerous items off a list for my comfort alone. On the side of the front desk was a organized coffee bar with a selection of granola, protein bars, even homemade cookies. Both assistant Joanne and Kaie were awsome, thank you, made me comfortable throughout my 2hour appt. For preparation of two crowns making sure I didn't drown, she was even dancing ;) periodically. DR JACKSON was amazing 👏. Very concern for my well-being and listening to any concerns I had. He's a great dentist and I highly recommend him. I have been in the dental field for over 39 years and am a registered Dental Hygienist.I have been looking for my Family Dentist since moving to Greenville 8years ago.Im happy to say I have found my office Thank you again PROGRIN -BERNADETTE LELLA

I love ProGrin Dental, I’ve been going here for years! Dr. Ayers is so fun and friendly, he really cares about his patients. Dr. Abellana did a phenomenal job with my nephew at his first dental visit, and talked to him about the importance of brushing and flossing while also discussing his favorite sport. Dr. Jackson is super smart and kind and always takes the time to answer whatever question I have. Kennedy the dental hygienist is such a sweetheart and always makes me feel relaxed in my chair with her easygoing conversational nature. I had the pleasure of meeting Valeria the dental assistant the other day, and she was very gentle and sweet! The front office staff are great as well! Overall my experience with everyone at ProGrin has been wonderful, and if you’re looking for a new dental office I’d highly recommend them!

ProGrin Dental provides excellent service from the time of check-in, treatment, and discharge. The ProGrin team is also very proficient at scheduling including emergency appointments on short notice. Dr. Austin does outstanding work. He always reviews all possible options for treatment before making a decision with the patient on the best way to proceed. His work is very meticulous and thorough leading to outstanding results. The ProGrin Dental team provides very professional and customer oriented service that is the benchmark for dental services.
