Wow, just wow!!! I first started my treatments in Michigan. I moved down to South Carolina the day after Christmas and was nervous about transferring locations. I booked my treatment in early January for Valentine's Day. Maddy was a-m-a-z-I-n-g!! She was so thorough with the treatment and made sure she got every nook and cranny. She did a much better job than the location I was going to in Michigan and made sure I got my money's worth. Jessica at the front desk booked my next 2 appointments for me with ease and I am so happy. This is 10/10 customer service and my nervousness is GONE.

I had my consult at Milan Laser last week, which was very informative, and today I had my first treatment. Everything went great! The session wasn’t super painful (definitely better compared to waxing), and it was quick and efficient. I really appreciated that they use the correct laser for darker skin complexions—it made me feel safe and confident in my treatment. Madison did my session and was so kind and knowledgeable, and Jessica handled my consult—she was delightful, informative, and answered all my questions. The facility was clean, and they were able to get me booked in a timely manner. I got the Brazilian plus & navel!Overall, a great experience so far!

I love this place! I was shopping around for a while for laser hair removal. The girls here will take care of you. I have been for 4 treatments and right now I see about 50% reduction in the hormonal hair growth on my face. That is a miracle for me.
