I moved here from Florida and have been searching for my new hair home and finally found it! Jennifer/Lainey took her time and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Her knowledge and expertise shined through on my hair and got my blonde brighter, exactly what I was striving for. The salons aesthetic was beautiful with many services to be offered. The hair wash and massage had me melting into my chair for a relaxing experience. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Jennifer for making me beautiful and bringing my hair back to life.

Lainey is a hair wizard! My friend and I drove from Hendersonville for our first head spa in January. We really didn't know what to expect. I had read online that the head spa would be followed by a quick blow dry. Not only was the head spa one of the most amazing treatments I have ever experienced, but Lainey's ability to quick dry my hair left me walking out with what can only be described as my best hair day ever. I have unruly hair but Lainey was able to tame the wild beast. I was grinning from ear to ear. Surprisingly my hair stayed in that same fantastic look for 5 nights worth of sleep. I could just wake up, brush and fluff my hair and go. I received so many compliments about my hair and how healthy and amazing it looked! My friend and I are booked with Lainey on February 9th and I have been anxiously awaiting to see what kind of wizardry Lainey will perform for a color and cut. We are planning to drive to Lainey every 6 weeks for cuts and colors with hopefully several head spas thrown in. Lainey makes you feel like you have been friends forever. You definitely can't go wrong booking any of Lainey's services (unless you don't like looking fantastic and getting compliments on your hair for weeks 😀)!

Wow!!! Amazing experience! I have been to MANY local salons in search of a knowledgeable, caring, competent stylist and I found that and more at Greenville Head Spa & Salon. Lainey loves what she does and is super knowledgeable about all aspects of her salon and spa. She provides highly personalized service and takes time to discuss your hair and the goal of the appointment. The results were amazing and I’m so happy with my cut and color!

The best experience at a head spa ever. Lainey is the sweetest human on the planet! She went above and beyond when my friend and I came in. I didn’t realize that my friend’s appointment got cancelled and so when we both showed up, she quickly accommodated the both of us. Of course, timing was tweaked but she made us both feel at ease even though I felt awful. Thank you for everything you did, Lainey! We appreciate you and enjoyed every second of our experience. Definitely going to re-book!
