Phenomenal place, outstanding offerings and tremendous team. This very unique, innovative healing clinic, offers multidisciplinary modalities for rapid growth and transformation. I’ve driven from Asheville twice, for the sole purpose of going to RYW. Josh is terrific and has helped me clear trapped and stored emotions/beliefs, gave me an in depth account of my physical health through the Zyto Scan and helped me down-regulate when I’ve been under pressure from the loss of my father and raising two children with disabilities. Warm, nurturing, charismatic and the latest tech galore! It’s a no-brainer. You can’t afford not to heal and this is the best place for rapid transformation.

I worked with Josh using the Emotion, Body, and Belief Code to help with general stress and occasional anxiety around deadlines, and the results were amazing. I went in skeptical but open minded, and I didn’t realize how much anxiety and stress I carried until it started to lift. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what shifted, but I feel noticeably more relaxed, calmer, and less affected by daily pressures. Josh has a real talent, he’s intuitive, supportive, and truly knows how to guide the process. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to reduce anxiety, stress and feel more balanced.

I started coming to Regenerate Wellness Center in preparation for knee surgery in hopes that I would be better prepared for the surgery, healing, and recovery. I believe that my pre- and post-surgery EES sessions, and lymphatic drainage sessions are why my recovery has been so much easier than the last surgery. The peaceful environment and the knowledge and caring Josh and Elizabeth provide is healing in itself. I am continuing these sessions - and other services available - to allow my body to be the best it can be.

The level of care, compassion, and dedication from everyone at Regenerate wellness is unmatched. Josh and Elizabeth have created something really special, and we are so fortunate to have them in our community. Josh has personally helped me and both of my dogs in ways I can’t fully express. His knowledge, intuition, and genuine care have made a lasting impact on all of us. I’m endlessly grateful to have Regenerate Wellness as part of our healing journey.

I’ve worked with Josh doing body and belief code sessions since late Feb 2025 on physical and emotional issues that would have taken years in traditional therapies to heal. This surely won’t be everyone’s experience but after my first session, I began to lose a current total of 15 lbs from emotions that were trapped in my body. Bigger than that however, the depression and anxiety that I’ve dealt with for longer than I can remember is FINALLY almost gone. I can live life in such a way that I actually look forward to tomorrow. There are too many ways that Josh’s work has helped heal tonlist here but suffice to say, he has a lifelong client and I will continue to recommend him for true healing!
